Common Cause Consultants designs solutions that are as unique as our clients and the communities they serve. Through strategic planning and development support, we help magnify the strengths of non-profit organizations to help them stand out in the field. In addition to strategic planning, we have worked with organizations to design and lead public engagement processes to provide input on critical issues, such as governmental use of automated decision-making tools. We use various methods of facilitation as a way to bridge the gap between policy and practice. Additionally, we provide the critical pieces of understanding needed so that organizations can implement change. From historical racial inequities to current regional trends, we educate so that organizations can implement change.
