Combahee Consulting & Coaching, LLC is a queer, Black Feminist organization that supports clients in reaching their fullest potential. Through organizational development consulting and executive coaching, we help organizations to think and act strategically in order to help create inclusive, joy-filled work environments. Our services include, but are not limited to: program creation and evaluation; data collection and analysis; and, executive + group coaching. As consultants and coaches, we are passionate about personal growth, healing, and living a more joy filled life. Therefore, our coaching philosophy centers on supporting the healing and growth journeys of change makers who are navigating the sometimes tough terrain of executive leadership.
