WPC begins with the position that all nonprofits are knowledge organizations and require more ways to consider strategic opportunities than benefit vs. cost analysis. WPC integrates the lens of intellectual capital (i.e., all organizations have multiple forms of tangible and intangible assets, in addition to money) to uncover leverage for mission-aligned opportunities and challenges. WPC services include: executive advising, strategic planning, collaboration & network facilitation, value proposition discovery, intellectual capital assessment & training, and intellectual capital-based business, scaling, & revenue/growth planning. WPC’s equity commitments are to be a good listener and faithful interpreter who applies a JEDI-focused lens to our work together.
